Over the course of 12 years Marcia has listed and sold several houses for us (from Highland Park, Fort Sheridan and Evanston), negotiated a wonderful purchase in Evanston and has facilitated 2 Chicago condos for our family.
As of today though, Marcia pulled off the most amazing feat of all and that was selling our Fort Sheridan home at a selling point that far exceeded our expectations!!! We have been sitting on that property for years, renting it out so as to not take a loss, but by the Grace of God, Marcia not only ensured that we did not take a loss, but instead made a profit! I have no idea what prompted Marcia to put the asking price as high as she did but she did and it worked!!!
At the end of the day, Marcia epitomizes what a real estate agent should be in every sense of the word. Many agents could benefit from being trained by Marcia on how to cover the entire process end to end by being present, attentive and available.
