She stayed on top of the situation, and always kept me informed of any activity on the listing. She is reachable, if I had questions, and if she did not immediately have an answer for me (and she usually did) she would research and find it.She is a great negotiator, got me the best price for my purchase. She is exceptionally well-informed about the marketplace and about particular homes she is showing, and is always well prepared. She has spent hours on the phone with us at all times of day and night as we have agonized about home sales and purchases.
